Innea Pro: Practice Management for Czech Therapists

Innea Pro is an Iterus product: a practice-operations system for Czech psychotherapists, psychologists and coaches — from a solo practice to a group one. Clients, a self-booking calendar, session notes with an AI draft, invoicing under Czech rules, health-insurer billing documents, supervision and a client portal. It runs on the same core as Innea and is live.

What problem does Innea Pro solve?

A therapy practice is, to a large extent, administration: bookings and reminders, a note after every session, invoices, insurer billing, supervision and continuing education — and in the Czech Republic each of those comes with its own rules and formats. Innea Pro puts the whole practice into one system that understands Czech billing and reporting, and connects it to the Innea client app.

What did we build?

  • Calendar — day, week, month; client self-booking, SMS reminders (BulkGate), a waiting list, recurring appointments, multiple providers and rooms, Google Calendar sync and Czech public holidays.
  • Session notes in SOAP, DAP, BIRP or free format, plus validated scales (PHQ-9, GAD-7 and others) with trends. Session recording with every participant's consent → transcript → AI draft note → therapist approval; nothing is stored as a note without that approval.
  • Invoicing under Czech rules — PDF invoices, QR payments (SPAYD), ISDOC/UBL export, credit notes, payment matching from Fio, the Comgate payment gateway, export to Fakturoid, iDoklad and Pohoda, VAT variants.
  • Health insurers — billing documents and batches in the KDAVKA/FDAVKA formats.
  • Client work — homework, therapy goals, a safety plan, case formulation. Innea Connect: a client from the Innea app can link to their therapist, who then sees an AI pre-session summary — only with the client's explicit consent.
  • Client portal with passwordless sign-in (a link sent by e-mail), secure messaging, workflow automation, practice administration and supervision including continuing-education tracking.

Innea Pro shares code, database and tests with Innea; the engineering numbers for the whole platform — tests, endpoints, database schema — are in the Innea case study. The public therapist directory has been live since July 2026.

How did we work?

We work AI-native: delivery is accelerated with Claude Code and Codex, and quality is secured by automated tests, independent code review and specialists on demand.

The division of labour is the same as for Innea and is described in detail in its case study: the human — the project's technical lead — made the decisions on architecture, security model and process, and Claude Code implemented to specification with tests and review. Innea Pro added Czech billing and reporting on top — the ISDOC, SPAYD and KDAVKA/FDAVKA formats, the VAT rules — where the human decided what gets built and in what order, and verified the result in production just as for Innea.
