What does the collaboration look like, step by step?
Introductory call
A free 60-minute call — we cover the goal, the scope, and whether we're a good fit.
Discovery (optional)
A paid discovery for 25,000 CZK — scope, architecture and estimate. The fee is deducted from the price of the follow-up project.
Validation pilot
A working version in production: authentication, database, one or two integrations, tests, deployment. Takes 3-6 weeks.
Production version
Roles and permissions, payments, admin, more integrations, e2e tests, CI and monitoring. Takes 6-14 weeks.
Handover
The client owns 100% of the source code and documentation on payment — on a standard stack another team can pick up.

Who does code review when you work AI-native?
Every non-trivial change gets a second pair of eyes regardless of who wrote the code — a human reviewer or an independent AI model, and a human always approves the merge. What that looks like in practice is in the Innea case study — including why AI review alone is not enough and a human has the final say.
What if you get sick — who takes over the project?
Whoever you choose: the code and documentation are 100% yours on payment, and we build on a standard stack (Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL) with automated tests and CI, so another team picks the project up without training on a proprietary tool. That this is more than a sentence is shown by the case studies — test and migration counts are stated there, not promised.
Who owns the source code?
You do — on payment you own 100% of the source code and documentation — with no dependency on us and no proprietary tools that would tie you to us. Handover is part of the price of every band on the Pricing page, not an extra.
Where does our data live?
In the EU (Frankfurt), processed under GDPR — the same as our own products' data. If it may not leave your company at all, we deploy the model locally and the data stays on your hardware.
