Custom Software Development Pricing

Custom development pricing: a validation pilot from 90,000 CZK, a production application from 250,000 CZK, AI integration and on-prem LLM from 180,000 CZK (on-premise from 350,000 because of hardware). All prices exclude VAT and scale with scope, not with estimated hours.

What does each band cost?

  • Idea validation

    from 90 000 – 250 000 CZK

A working pilot in production: authentication, database, one or two integrations, tests, deployment.

  • Production application

    from 250 000 – 700 000 CZK

Roles and permissions, payments, admin, multiple integrations, e2e tests, CI and monitoring.

  • AI integration and on-prem LLM

    from 180 000 CZK

Connecting a model to company data, answer-quality controls and a transparency layer. On-premise deployment starts higher because of hardware and operations; hardware is not included.

A free 60-minute introductory call.

Frequently asked questions

What does the smallest meaningful project cost?

A validation pilot at 90,000–250,000 CZK excluding VAT, done in 3–6 weeks. It is a working version in production — authentication, a database, one or two integrations, tests and deployment — not a demo prototype. If you don't yet know exactly what to build, a paid discovery for 25,000 CZK comes first, deducted from the project price.

Fixed price, or hourly?

By scope band, not by hours worked: for the pilot and the production version alike you know the price and scope up front, and nobody counts hours. That is why we publish no hourly rate — what you buy is a finished thing in production, not time. The exact band is settled on the introductory call, which is 60 minutes and free.

What happens to the price if I change the scope?

A smaller change is folded into the next step — we work in short iterations. A bigger change of scope affects only the estimate for the remaining work, not what is done and paid for; you hear about it immediately, not on the invoice.

What's included in the price?

The pilot includes authentication, a database, one or two integrations, tests and deployment; the production version adds roles and permissions, payments, admin, more integrations, e2e tests, CI and monitoring. Handover is always included: on payment you own 100% of the source code and documentation. Running costs (hosting, model APIs) are not included; we work them out on the consultation.
